No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Crystals or metaphysical items that don’t “resonate” energetically
• Personal preferences in color, size, or perceived effectiveness

Quality Commitment

We carefully inspect and cleanse all items before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist accordingly.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to their bespoke nature, custom creations (including bracelets, kits, and altar tools) are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
